Pricing
Meeting your local structural design requirements varies greatly from home to home and from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. We cannot quote a fixed fee without a complete review of your plans and local requirements. We have provided the following numbers to help you develop a budgetary estimate. A cost proposal can be provided within one working day after your house plans are submitted.
Base Engineering Design Fee
- $0.60 per sf or $800 minimum
Additional Fees - if Applicable
- Attached garage - $0.50 sf
- Attached patio - $0.40 per sf
- Attached deck - $0.50 per sf
- Custom roof (not manufactured trusses) $0.30 - $0.60 per sf or $800 minimum
Base Fee Remodels
- Requires job specific fee evaluation or $500 minimum
